This policy explains how Vule Tile handles information collected through vuletile.ca and inquiries about our tile installation services in Burlington, Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

For questions about your information, contact our Privacy Contact at info@vuletile.ca or call 416 970-3232.

Information we collect

When you use a contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. Depending on the form, you may also provide an optional phone number or subject. Your message may include your project location, tile requirements and other details you choose to share.

Form records include the time of submission and your consent response. The form system can also record your IP address and browser information. Hosting and security logs may record IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, request times and security events.

Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in a contact form. The forms do not accept file attachments.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project and location, confirm service availability, and communicate about any related work you ask us to arrange. Technical information helps us prevent spam and misuse, troubleshoot problems and maintain the website.

The consent requested on our contact forms is limited to handling your inquiry and related project communication. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give consent to unrelated marketing or advertising tracking.

We do not sell contact-form submissions or use them to build advertising audiences.

Storage and service providers

Contact-form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress administration area. An email notification containing the inquiry details is sent to info@vuletile.ca. Authorized website administrators and team members handling your inquiry may access this information.

Providers that host or maintain the website and deliver email may process information as needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law.

Depending on the service provider, information may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that location. Contact us if you would like information about the providers or processing locations relevant to your inquiry.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This website uses technical cookies where needed for security and website functions, including the contact-form security check and sign-in for authorized website administrators.

  • Contact-form security: the local image-based security check uses a PHP session cookie, commonly named PHPSESSID, to verify a submission. This is not an advertising cookie.
  • Website protection: the firewall may use a necessary session cookie named NFWSESSID to recognize security checks and authenticated administration. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
  • Administration: WordPress may set authentication, test and preference cookies when an authorized administrator signs in. Public visitors do not need an account to browse the website.

We have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising-tracking integrations on this website. The contact forms use a locally hosted security check rather than a third-party advertising or analytics service.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking session cookies may prevent the contact-form security check from working; you can instead contact us by email or phone. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy and provide the notices and choices required for those practices.

Retention and security

Retention depends on why the information is needed. Inquiry and correspondence records are kept for handling the request and any resulting project, resolving related issues, and meeting applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Technical security records are used for preventing abuse and investigating website problems.

You can ask us to review whether information associated with your inquiry is still needed or to delete it. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for legal obligations, ongoing work or legitimate security purposes. Backup copies may remain until replaced through the backup cycle.

The website uses HTTPS encryption and access controls for administrative records. No online system or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about the personal information we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed, request access or correction, and withdraw consent to further uses or disclosures, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions. You can also request deletion where applicable.

Send requests to info@vuletile.ca with enough information to identify the inquiry or correspondence concerned. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will handle requests within applicable legal time limits and explain any relevant limitations.

If you withdraw consent to communication about an inquiry, this may limit our ability to respond or continue arranging the requested work. It does not change the lawfulness of information handling before withdrawal.
